The customer service was below expectations. Communication was poor, never responded to messages, and I didn't feel that my concerns were taken seriously. The photography was also disappointing. Many of the photos lacked creativity and attention to detail, with issues such as poor lighting, awkward angles, and missed important moments. The final images did not reflect the quality that was promised or expected.

Stole our photos, put them through AI and ran ads with them! Completely untrustworthy business. Trying to make sales from another photographers work is as low as it gets. You can see our photo on the left and their AI copy on the right on instagram. Disgusting!

Extremely disappointing experience. It was a complete waste of time and money. We booked him for our maternity shoot, but the photos turned out very basic, with minimal editing and no real effort. To be honest, my mom who isn’t even experienced with photography clicked much better pictures on her phone. We shared our feedback politely and at least expected a response or some willingness to improve, but there was no reply at all. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

As mentioned in our email communication, the final editing process begins only after the client selects the preferred photos for retouching and editing. So far, we have not yet received your selected images for the editing stage. Once the selections are shared, we will proceed with the professional editing and final delivery as explained in the process details sent via email.
